Are Joomlage.com templates compatible with Joomla 2.5 / 1.7 / 1.6 / 1.5?

• Templates marked with the Joomla 1.5 Tag are Joomla 1.5 compatible. 
  
• Templates marked with the Joomla 1.6 Tag are Joomla 1.6 compatible.
• Templates marked with the Joomla 1.7 Tag are Joomla 1.7 compatible.
• Templates marked with the Joomla 2.5 Tag are Joomla 2.5 compatible.

Can I see Joomlage templates working before I make a purchase?

• Yes, all of the Joomla templates are featured on our Demo Server.

Is it just a once off payment for each template purchased.

• Yes, each template only costs a once off payment of the marked price (there are no hidden monthly or yearly charges.)

What Payment methods are available at checkout?

• We offer 2 payment gateways at checkout. Paypal or 2Checkout.
• With Paypal you can pay using your Paypal account or with a credit or debit card.  To use your credit or debit card through paypal you do not need a Paypal account.
• With 2Checkout you can pay using your Paypal account along with 7 other methods including (Master card, Visa card, American Express, Debit card, JCB card, Discover card).

Do I need to register to purchase templates from Joomlage.com

• No account registration is required. All you have to do is enter the required Customer Bill to information at Checkout and click send and you will be brought to your checkout screen.  From here simply click Confirm order and you will arrive at Paypal payments screen to pay for your order.

What software do I need to work with Joomlage.com joomla templates?

• Joomlage templates come as a zipped archive. You will need to unzip it by using Winzip or a similar unzipping software.
  

When do I get my purchased joomla templates?

• The template delivery system is an automated one and it allows for instant delivery as soon as our payment gateway communicates with our system.
• As soon as this is done your order will automatically be processed and an email will be generated which includes a download ID. You can then click on the link on the email to download your Joomlage Template automatically.
• Delivery times may very depending on servers, SPAM filters, and other issues. Please contact us if you have any issues with this.

Do your templates support Internet explorer 6?

• Support is no longer provided for Internet explorer 6.  If your using internet explorer 6 you should update your browser with the latest version as it is a non standards compliant browser.

Can I be refunded once my product is downloaded

• Like other template providers and shops that sell downloadable products (non tangible goods), we do not refund or exchange a product that has been downloaded. This is not only because of the obvious reason, the fact that you now have the template files, and there’s nothing we can do to get the product from you the customer once it has being downloaded.
• Before committing to a purchase make sure to ask whatever questions you may have regarding the products you are interested in.  All products can be previewed in our demo server before purchase at Demo Server
