All  Templates purchased from Joomlage.com come with a Single Use Licence - (can be used for a Personal site or a Commercial site).

• This means the template can be used to develop one website only (Personal or Commercial).
• Authorisation is provided to make modifcations to Templates where necessary including the removal of the footer link to Joomlage.com.
• You are not authorised to remove any comments in the code in relation to Joomlage.com or the licence provided with the template.
• All template PHP files are licenced under GNU/GPL V2.

Ownership

You may not claim ownership (intellectual property right or exclusive ownership) to any products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Joomlage.com.

Warranty

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall Joomlage.com be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Refunds

Like other template providers and shops that sell downloadable products (non tangible goods), we do not refund or exchange a product that has been downloaded. This is not only because of the obvious reason, the fact that you now have the template files, and there’s nothing we can do to get the product from you the customer once it has being downloaded.

Before committing to a purchase make sure to ask whatever questions you may have regarding the products you are interested in.  All products can be previewed in our demo server before purchase at Demo Server
