Are you Unable to install an extensions after Joomla 3.6.2 update.

SOLUTION
1: Login to your Joomla administration.
2: Click on Extensions >> Manage >> Discover
3: Now click on the Discover Button at the top left of your admin page.
4: You will now see a list of items. Select the following 3

- Installer - Install from Folder
- Installer - Install from Upload
- Installer - Install from URL

5: Click on the Install button at the top left corner of your admin page.

6: Go to Extensions >> Plugins. List all the disabled plugins. You should see the following 3 you just installed. Select and enable them.
Installer - Install from Folder
Installer - Install from Upload
Installer - Install from URL

7: Now return to Extensions >> Install and you should now have the option to install your extension.

I tried all the steps above and it is still not working. I get an error message after attempting an install from the web tab or Upload package file... HTTP SERVER 500 Error Any idea what is wrong and how to fix it? see: ShowBox Kodi Lucky Patcher

Its showing a server error. Maybe contacting your hosting company would be an option.
