Hi,
I am using since 2016 the same Template from joomlage. It's time to use a newer one.
But to modify the template takes a lot of time. How do you test your templates?
Do you use something like xxamp? Is there a more easier solution (xxamp is to complicated for me)?

If I find the perfect template setting for me,how can I install or export this modified template to the live site?

Thank you very much,
Thomas

Okay, I've got it and have now a backup on xxamp. This works quite good so far.
I am setting up the new template.

How to transfer after that to the live server? Just copy the template folder? Are all configurations are saved there? I've read that the template folder from localhost should be zip and on live server installed as usual. Does that works?

thank you!
