Hello dayaramani,

Which file are you using.

1: Did you install the template in your existing joomla installation?
2: Did you do a complete joomla install using the demo installer?

Thanks,
JohnO.

During the demo installation you must use the table prefix jos_ as specifed in the demo installtion pdf included in the download.

If you did not use the correct table prefix you will not see the demo content or the template in the template manager.

SOLUTION
I would recommend doing a complete re-install of the demo installer and make sure to enter the correct table prefix jos_ as specified in the installation.

Thanks,
JohnO

Greetings and first time user. I also having an issue with the quickstart-designcanvas.zip

1) I did read the install PDF, but I had forgot to preface jos_

2) I then deleted the whole sub-domain I had created and also the database and user and the folder on the server.

3) I re-uploaded, unzipped and re-installed using " jos_ " for the DB prefix

4) All seemed to go well.BUT? I am getting the following
**********************
Error

The template for this display is not available. Please contact a Site administrator.

Home
**************************

5) I then tried to upload just the Template... It it seemd to go thru fine, as it then gave me your links...

Getting a 404 for > www.joomlage.com/general-information/template-setup-guide

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance, Jim
